About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Operations Lead to oversee cleaning operations in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily cleaning activities, supervising a team of cleaning professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent team management capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is an on-site position critical for maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency within the Stellenbosch area. You will play a key part in implementing cleaning protocols, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Your leadership will ensure a consistently clean and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and tasks of cleaning staff to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to assess cleanliness, identify areas needing attention, and ensure adherence to established cleaning protocols.
• Supervise, train, and mentor cleaning team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.

Requirements
