Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA)) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and commercial business drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
