The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in management accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/CA(SA)) preferred. ERP experience and advanced Excel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA)) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Provide financial support and strategic advice to various business units and management.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee the management accounting function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
