Clicks Group is seeking a Category Manager for Colour Cosmetics based at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town. You will drive the category strategy, optimise terms with suppliers and lead private label initiatives to differentiate products and grow market share.

You will partner with Marketing and Clubcard, review performance metrics, and guide the development of exclusive brands to enhance profitability and customer value.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level qualification in Retail or Purchasing is essential.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to analyse data.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and co-op/promotions is required.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the category plan for Colour Cosmetics.
• Negotiate terms and promotional spend with suppliers; manage co-op and exclusives.
• Maintain supplier relationships and source new suppliers.
• Implement pricing and promotional strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and Clubcard to deliver operating plan.
