Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in cold store operations and/or refrigeration environment.
• Understanding of CA Management within the pome industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cold store operations to maintain accurate inventory control.
• Ensure all fruit is handled and stored in accordance with provided storage protocols.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for refrigeration equipment and cold store facilities.
• Monitor cold store performance, investigate deviations, and elevate issues as required.
• Lead and develop the cold store team.
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety procedures.
