Qualifications

• Professional Architect (PrArch) qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
• Experience designing and managing coastal residential or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of South African building regulations and planning policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and successful project delivery.
• Experience or familiarity with the KwaZulu-Natal coastal region is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects, focusing on coastal residential and hospitality developments.
