• Professional degree in Architecture and SACAP registration.
• 10+ years of high-end residential experience.
• Proven leadership of projects from concept to completion.
• Strong coastal design knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for luxury residential projects, focusing on coastal and contemporary aesthetics.
• Develop innovative and site-specific design concepts, translating client visions into tangible architectural solutions.
• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, 3D models, and specifications for high-quality residential properties.
• Oversee project planning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies for new development opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, interior designers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural staff, promoting best practices and design innovation.
