Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Minitab and Excel.
• Knowledge of process control, thermodynamics, and reaction kinetics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify efficiency, yield and energy improvements.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies using statistics and modeling.
• Troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance for change implementation.
• Prepare reports on performance improvements and cost savings.
• Stay abreast of new technologies for process improvement.
