Job summary

Objective Personnel is seeking a qualified Millwright with beverage plant experience to maintain and troubleshoot complex refrigeration and high-pressure equipment. The role involves servicing multi-stage compressors, pumps, valves and seals, as well as diagnostic testing and basic instrumentation work.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ammonia/CO2 cascade systems and be capable of working on high-pressure installations to ensure continuous operation in a demanding

Qualifications

• Experience as a Millwright in a beverage plant.
• Ability to maintain, rebuild and troubleshoot multi-stage refrigeration compressors and pumps.
• Familiar with high-pressure systems and related components.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and replace mechanical seals, valves and piping manifolds working at high pressures.
• Conduct diagnostic testing, vibration tracking and basic electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting on automated machinery.
• Service industrial cascade refrigeration systems (ammonia/CO2 or Freon units) used to liquefy CO2 gas at sub-zero temperatures.
