Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a skilled Millwright for a beverage plant to maintain, rebuild, and troubleshoot CO compressors, blowers, and high-pressure liquid pumps in multi-stage systems.

You will service cascade refrigeration units (Ammonia/CO or Freon) and inspect seals, valves, rupture discs, and piping at 300–1,000+ PSI; perform vibration tracking and electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Trade-tested millwright with beverage-plant exposure.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting high-pressure CO refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, rebuild, and troubleshoot multi-stage reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw CO compressors, blowers, and high-pressure liquid pumps.
• Service industrial cascade refrigeration systems (Ammonia/CO or Freon) to liquefy CO gas at sub-zero temperatures.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical seals, high-pressure valves, rupture discs, and piping manifolds at 300 to 1,000+ PSI.
• Conduct routine diagnostic testing, vibration tracking, and low-voltage electrical or instrumentation troubleshooting on automated machinery.
