Job summary

iOCO in Johannesburg seeks a Cluster Executive to provide full strategic, operational, and commercial P&L accountability for its Security and Building Technologies division, driving market expansion and strong OEM partnerships.

You will lead a highly technical team across engineering specialists and account managers, shaping a roadmap for AI video analytics, access control, and smart building integrations, while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in IT/OT with strategic P&L accountability.
• Experience managing large-scale technology-enabled infrastructure projects.
• Deep familiarity with workforce management, biometric access, IoT, CCTV, and AI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the commercial roadmap for the SBT business unit across sectors.
• Manage budgets, margins, and high-value contract negotiations for software, hardware, and integration projects.
• Drive adoption of AI video intelligence and smart building technologies.
• Maintain relationships with global Tier-1 technology suppliers and blue-chip clients.
• Ensure quality governance across large-scale installations and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and scale a diverse engineering and account-management team.
