This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of hospitality and wellness operations. You will partner with senior management to deliver exceptional member experiences and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 is essential.
• Proven managerial experience at Club General Manager level or as 2IC.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive EBITDA and revenue growth.
• Ability to recruit, develop and train staff.
• Excellent customer relations and service standards.
• Understanding of HR processes including recruitment and coaching.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and revenue growth for the club.
• Manage club operating expenses through P&L oversight.
• Ensure health & safety and facilities maintenance.
• Lead recruitment, development and performance management.
• Deliver exceptional member service and resolve queries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and report risks.
