Qualifications

• Clear Criminal Check and up-to-date background screening.
• First Aid Training up to date.
• In-house Club-V Training up to date.
• Active Play Training up to date.
• Management skills and HR knowledge required.
• Knowledge of administration and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and entertain children during visits and camps.
• Deliver high-quality activities and prepared rosters.
• Load access stats on LSR in a timely manner.
• Address complaints with confident, timely feedback (within 24 hours).
• Plan activities and rosters; manage sales budgets and targets.
• Hire staff that fit Club-V DNA and salary bands.
• Lead regular one-on-ones and weekly meetings to develop staff.
