Placements24 is seeking a Cloud Security Specialist in Bloemfontein to design, implement, and manage security controls for cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role focuses on protecting data confidentiality, integrity, and availability within IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.

You will work with IAM, cloud-native security tools, and container security (Docker, Kubernetes) while supporting CI/CD integrations and incident response.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Security is required.
• 4+ years IT security with a cloud focus.
• Experience securing AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-native security tools and services (e.g., security groups, WAF, key management).
• Understanding of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Relevant cloud security certifications are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop and enforce security policies for cloud environments.
• Manage IAM for cloud resources with least privilege access.
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks for cloud infra and apps.
• Respond to and remediate security incidents in the cloud environment.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security in CI/CD pipelines.
