Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd in Johannesburg is seeking a Cloud Practitioner with PMP Certification to lead Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud implementations for government or multi-unit clients. The role requires hands-on delivery, coordination across business units, and a team leadership mindset.

You will ensure ongoing maintenance, mentor team members, and secure necessary certifications and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years implementing Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud.
• Experience with a contact center of at least 20 seats.
• Minimum of 3 years maintaining and supporting Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Team composition: names and qualifications of key personnel; indicate Team Leader and supporting members.
• Certification: at least one certified Communications Cloud Practitioner on the team.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Communications Cloud (or Vlocity) and Service Cloud solutions.
• Maintain and support existing Salesforce Communications Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
