Job summary

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in VMware vSphere.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 administration.
Responsibilities
- Support customer’s network and server environments.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and provide fixes to customers.
- Update ticketing system with quality notes.
