All jobs is seeking a Platform and Compute Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth running of our cloud services by managing incidents and providing critical support. You'll collaborate with other teams and will be involved in high-impact incidents, requiring both technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

A successful candidate will possess essential Azure and VMware certifications and have experience in troubleshooting and server administration. There is an expectation of shift work, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients is vital.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in VMware vSphere.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 administration.

Responsabilités

• Support customer’s network and server environments.
• Troubleshoot technical faults and provide fixes to customers.
• Update ticketing system with quality notes.
