Job summary

Indsafri in Centurion is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to bridge software development and IT operations, focusing on automating the delivery lifecycle and maintaining scalable, reliable systems.

You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines, develop infrastructure automation scripts (Ansible, Terraform), and oversee cloud resources on AWS and Azure to ensure security, performance, and cost‑effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or system administration role.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation tools and scripts.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for production environments.
