Ekco is seeking a Cloud Engineer to help deliver managed cloud services and maintain secure, stable environments. You’ll work with senior teams and customer units in the Netherlands, applying your technical skills to ensure excellent service outcomes.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, changes, and documentation, with opportunities to grow and progress internationally. This role emphasizes collaboration, reliability, and proactive issue prevention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Cloud/Infrastructure role.
• IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable: AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, SC-900.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Implement approved changes and service improvements.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft cloud environments.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor customer environments and identify issues proactively.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple customer teams.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and on-call rotation when required.

Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of managed services for our customers. You will work behind the scenes to maintain, support and improve cloud environments, ensuring stability, security and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, lead engineers and customer teams in the Netherlands, contributing your technical expertise to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
