Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding experience for clinicians joining our virtual behavioral health platform. You will lead three-hour live onboarding calls, walk clinicians through the EHR and payroll systems via screen share, and prepare materials for each session.

You will support clinicians post-call and flag recurring issues to improve the process. This 20-hour-per-week, fully remote role requires strong communication, energy on live calls, and

Qualifications

Healthcare onboarding experience is required or strongly preferred.
Ability to present clearly on live calls with clinicians.
Proficient with screen-sharing and navigating EHR platforms.
Familiarity with payroll systems (Rippling, Gusto, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead three-hour live onboarding calls with clinicians via video.
Walk through EHR platform and payroll system step-by-step.
Prepare materials ahead of each session and coordinate logistics.
Provide timely follow-up answers and track outstanding questions.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improved onboarding materials.
