Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing accredited with SANC (R425) and current registration as a Professional Nurse and midwife.
• Minimum of 7 years' appropriate experience in nursing after registration.
• Good interpersonal, reporting, supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure; valid driver’s license essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program at Sub District level and ensure policy implementation across facilities.
• Perform support visits, audit records, and address gaps identified.
• Organize workshops and campaigns and coordinate Sub District disease outbreak team.
• Monitor cold chain and vaccine usage; follow up on AEFI and program performance; provide technical support.
