Job summary

The role requires a HCPCSA-registered clinician with at least three years of post-Community service experience, strong communication, and proven leadership abilities. Applicants must hold a relevant degree and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with bachelor’s degree in one of the therapeutic services fields and HPCSA registration.
• Three years of clinical experience after Community service or as an independent practitioner.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership or managerial experience and proven computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a busy health district.

Responsibilities

• Develop and participate in the operational plan for the therapeutic services unit.
• Engage in procurement inventory and maintenance of equipment for professionals.
• Conduct support visits to facilities where therapeutic services are provided.
• Plan, implement and evaluate health promotion activities per health calendar and PHC obligations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and data reporting requirements.
