Job summary

Yellosa in Johannesburg is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to oversee education programmes, workshops, and training events, ensuring they run smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements.

You will build relationships with key opinion leaders, universities, and professional dental organisations, plan budgets and logistics, develop training content, and work with Sales and Marketing to align product education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience coordinating training, education, or professional development programmes.
• Experience organising corporate or clinical education events.
• Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical education programmes, workshops, and training events.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), universities, and professional dental organisations.
• Plan and manage educational events, including budgets, logistics, contracts, and ROI.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support product education and training.
• Develop and update training materials, educational content, and course curricula.
• Coordinate dealer and internal sales training programmes.
• Monitor education budgets and report on KPIs and event outcomes.
• Manage demo equipment, course materials, and CRM records.
• Ensure all education activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
