Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or NSC is essential.
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
• 10 years banking experience with commercial banking focus.
• 6–10 years of people management and client-facing experience in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Share best practices and provide updates and feedback to management.
• Build strong relationships and deliver client-centric service.
• Manage staff recruitment, retention and training processes within budget.
• Lead performance agreements, set clear goals, and provide regular feedback.
