Qualifications

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 is required.
• FAIS knowledge is required.
• RE5 certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre for STI personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Handle cancellation requests and understand client needs.
• Identify suitable solutions to retain insurance cover.
• Provide exceptional client experiences through effective communication and value-based conversations.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
