Job summary

Discovery Limited in South Africa is seeking a Retentions Consultant to engage with Vitality RSA members at risk of cancellation. You will resolve concerns, demonstrate value, and retain business while delivering high-quality service and maintaining client trust.

Role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, meeting retention targets, and leveraging product knowledge to re-sell where appropriate. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 6-12 months Call Centre experience preferred.
• At least 6 months sales or collections experience requested.
• Strong relationship management abilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound telephonic conservation calls to existing Discovery Vitality clients at risk of cancelling.
• Aim to resolve concerns and retain client relationships.
• Proactively identify client needs and offer suitable solutions to retain business.
• Maintain accurate call statistics and report findings to management.
