Job summary

Network Finance seeks two Client Enablement Generalists to join its Randburg delivery team. You will lead onboarding, configuration of accounts and client codes, and deliver training to ensure a smooth implementation for new clients.

You will monitor adoption, provide daily client support, resolve queries, and maintain onboarding records while collaborating with Product and Delivery teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in client onboarding, customer success, account coordination or operational support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Confident communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver client training.
• Comfortable building professional client relationships and providing exceptional service.
• Strong administrative and coordination ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience within collections, contact centre or BPO operations will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, including account setup, client codes and system configuration.
• Deliver client training and support users throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor client adoption and follow up to ensure successful product utilisation.
• Provide day-to-day client support and resolve operational queries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records, documentation and coordination trackers.Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
