Placements24 is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist for a hybrid role in Mahikeng. You will guide new clients through the initial setup, explain processes clearly, and ensure all documentation and access are completed efficiently.

You'll collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver a smooth start to client relationships, maintaining strong communication and proactive problem-solving throughout onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client onboarding or customer success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to explain processes clearly to clients.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients from first contact to setup.
• Conduct welcome calls and initial consultations to understand client needs.
• Provide clear instructions for documentation and setup procedures.
• Coordinate with sales and technical support for smooth transitions.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials for clients.
• Monitor client progress and proactively address issues during onboarding.
