Qualifikationen

• Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
• IT-related certification in BA or PM is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience.
• Experience in admin, operations, project support, customer service or business-related role.
• Demonstrated interest in Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Client Implementations.
• Exposure to process documentation, project coordination or client onboarding is advantageous.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage client implementation activities with PMO Manager.
• Review implementation requirements and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues.
• Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document business requirements, workflows and procedures.
• Support PMO Manager in optimising client implementation processes.
• Provide regular implementation updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain governance and documentation requirements.
• Support testing and implementation activities.
• Contribute to development of future implementation processes and tools.
