Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Cyber Technologist to serve as the technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams. You will deliver end-to-end Proof of Value engagements, present Threat Intelligence reports, and work with Account Executives to manage client relationships.

The role requires a STEM degree and knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts, with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• STEM graduate (2:1 or equivalent) seeking a challenging client-facing role bridging technology and business.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and terminology.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and news.
• Some experience with networks and security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment.
• Enthusiasm for innovation in cyber security.
• Experience with customer-facing activities is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to varied audiences.
• Experience with network and security devices such as Cisco and Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM; TCP/IP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Proof of Value engagement.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports to diverse audiences, from technical to C-level.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on client engagements.
• Act as trusted adviser and technical authority to the client.
• Provide feedback and technical reporting.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
• Serve as a technical touchpoint between clients and partners.
• International travel to client sites when restrictions allow.
