Qualifications

• Matric and at least 3 years in Financial Services.
• Complete knowledge of Retirement Fund administration, from transfer receipt to finalisation.
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with collaboration skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert in client services/administration/product/process.
• Support and enable Asset Transfer process; enhance planner experience and retain customers.
• Handle escalated queries/complaints to resolution.
• Comply with Pension Funds Act and Fund Rules.
• Understand and apply relevant legislation to facts.
• Ensure compliant process execution and sound judgment in transfers administration.
• Maintain teamwork to achieve KPIs and manage reputational risk.
• Act as escalation point for complex matters beyond Administrators.
