• Ability to understand and apply company documentation, involving extensive reading and interpretation of legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Processing: Subject matter expert in administration/product/process; acts as consultant for decision-making. Maintains and improves SOPs; tests system enhancements; coaches staff.
• Operational Delivery: Manages daily client service/administrative delivery; accountable for technical decisions; liaises with customers and advisors on complex compliance matters.
• Personal Effectiveness: Lives company values; manages own time and output; collaborates to achieve results.
• Quality Assurance: Performs quality checks; may peer-review others' work.
