Job summary

OUTsurance in Centurion is seeking a client-focused professional to upsell existing clients and service inbound calls within the Client Care Department, leveraging FAIS background and strong communication skills.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle queries or complaints efficiently, and prior call centre experience. OUTsurance offers a casual dress code, onsite clinic, wellness programs, and shuttle services to the Gautrain and Centurion station.

Qualifications

• FAIS accreditation is essential (RE and Full Qualification) for applicants who have worked in financial services prior to December 2010.
• Preference given to applicants with FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed.
• Extensive sales and customer service experience is essential.

Job Description

Upsell existing client as well as service incoming calls from existing clients within the Client Care Department of OUTsurance, where the role will entail upselling and client service actions. The role requires high attention to detail and great execution in handling client queries or complaints in a professional, efficient, and competent manner.

Qualifications
