Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain professional presentation templates and master documents.
• Prepare client presentations based on meeting requirements and briefs.
• Develop and format slides, charts, tables and other visual content.
• Work with internal teams to obtain and verify information used in presentations.
• Ensure information, calculations, charts and supporting content are accurate.
• Apply consistent formatting and corporate brand standards across all materials.
• Make amendments and updates following internal reviews and feedback.
• Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, fact sheets and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple presentation requests and deadlines, particularly during busy reporting periods.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver requirements.
• Assist with uploading and distributing client documentation.
• Support design, branding and process-improvement initiatives.

What do you need?

• 2–3+ years' experience in a presentation, design, marketing, financial services or similar role
• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Finance , Business, Marketing, Design or a related field is advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills – essential
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts, tables, data manipulation and formatting
• Proven experience producing professional, client-facing presentations
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
• Experience working with content management or document distribution platforms is advantageous
• An understanding of financial information, data and business terminology
• Excellent written English and strong grammar skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams
