Job summary

Job Description:

• Refine and maintain the company’s visual identity, brand guidelines and design templates.
• Design brochures, product guides, technical datasheets, company profiles, reports and corporate collateral.
• Create professional Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.
• Design exhibition stands, trade show branding, large-format graphics, packaging, merchandise and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and manage prepress, print specifications and supplier handovers.
• Develop advertising layouts, social media graphics, digital content templates and web assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand management and engineering teams to translate technical information into effective visual communication.
• Manage design projects from concept to final artwork, ensuring brand consistency, quality and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma or BA in Art or Design with at least 5 years’ experience, or 10+ years’ experience as a self-taught designer with a physical portfolio.
• Experience designing corporate Word and PowerPoint templates.
• Experience in exhibition stand design, custom merchandise and print-ready artwork.
• Strong experience in layout, desktop publishing (DTP) and large-format printing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of print specifications, packaging, exhibition branding and production requirements.
• Experience using project management and time-tracking tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
• Ability to maintain and evolve corporate branding across multiple formats and channels.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information through effective design.
• South African citizenship or a valid work permit.

Advantageous:

• Experience in private credit or private debt.
• Exposure to loan-level accounting or fund financing facilities.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP or US GAAP.
• Experience with scripting or coding.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Margill and Xero.
