Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in presentation, design, marketing or financial services.
• Proven ability to produce client-facing presentations.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills essential.
• Experience with branding and document distribution is advantageous.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain presentation templates and master documents.
• Prepare client presentations based on briefs and meeting requirements.
• Develop and format slides, charts, tables and visuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify information used in presentations.
• Ensure accuracy of information, calculations, charts and content.
• Apply consistent formatting and brand standards across materials.
• Make amendments after internal reviews and feedback.
• Assist with formatting reports, fact sheets and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple presentation requests and deadlines during busy periods.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Assist with uploading and distributing client documentation.
• Support design, branding and process-improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows.
