Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate accounting/bookkeeping experience.

• Pastel proficiency and advanced Excel essential.
• VIP Payroll knowledge is a plus for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated custodian for an assigned portfolio of diverse client entities.
• Capture, process and maintain transactional data up to Trial Balance using Pastel.
• Oversee monthly payroll lifecycles and wage structures across client frameworks using VIP Payroll.
• Ensure data integrity via ledger audits and bank reconciliations across all entities.
• Build and monitor complex Excel reports for clear financial visibility for business owners.
