JVR Software is seeking a proactive claims advisor skilled in customer service to guide policyholders through the claims process. You will collect information, assess documentation, and manage claims from submission to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance across departments.

The role emphasizes proactive interaction with multiple business clusters, maintaining exceptional client service and validating claim extents and legitimacy.

Qualifications

• Completed degree, preferably BCom.
• Very strong academic results.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and administration skills.
• Exceptional client service.
• Must be able to communicate with various clusters of the business (various departments as well as service providers).

Responsibilities

• Providing advice to policyholders on making a claim and the processes involved.
• Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim.
• Responsible for the management of a claim from submission to completion.
• Monitoring the progress of a claim.
• Taking responsibility for productivity and profit.
• Providing exceptional client service while confirming the extent as well as the validity of a claim.
