Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional registration with ECSA as Pr. Eng or Incorporated Engineer (Int. Eng).
• At least 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience with site supervision and execution.
• Proven experience managing civil construction projects (roads, earthworks, concrete structures).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the execution of civil engineering works on construction sites.
• Ensure all activities follow approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
