Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Strong academic record and passion for civil engineering.
• Basic understanding of structural mechanics, hydraulics, soil mechanics.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing civil designs, drawings and specs for site development (roads, earthworks, drainage).
• Support senior engineers in site investigations and data collection.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic earthworks, hydrology and structural calculations under supervision.
• Monitor construction activities on site and document progress.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design tasks and drawings.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.
