Responsibilities

Design site plans including grading, earthworks, and stormwater management.
Plan and coordinate utility connections (water, sewer, electrical).
Develop erosion and sediment control plans.
Liaise with landscape architects to integrate hardscape and softscape elements.
Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and permit applications.
Conduct site visits during construction to ensure design implementation accuracy.
