Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in site development design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software.
• Understanding of local zoning ordinances, land use regulations, and permitting processes.
• Experience with stormwater management design and hydrological calculations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for effective coordination.
