Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects in heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, or similar environments.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations and feasibility assessments.
• Develop engineering designs, drawings, and construction specs.
• Lead civil projects from concept to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources.
• Supervise contractors and ensure quality and safety.
