Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in childcare, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven leadership, staff management, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and curriculum implementation.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of relevant childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff towards a common goal.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Must be based in or able to commute reliably to East London, Eastern Cape, ZA.
