You will manage digital channels, press relations, and content creation, mentor a small team, and monitor ROI while maintaining brand consistency across Soweto and Gauteng. A strong background in integrated marketing and public relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, with 3+ in leading roles.
• Proven track record in integrated marketing and campaign execution.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, content creation and PR expertise.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
• Oversee all channels: digital marketing, social media, PR, content creation and events.
• Enhance brand awareness and public perception across Soweto and Gauteng.
• Lead development of compelling content (stories, press releases, reports, social posts).
• Manage media relations and secure positive coverage.
