Placements24 is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly expanding financial services firm based in Sandton, Gauteng. The role leads financial strategy, FP&A, treasury and investor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance.

The CFO will oversee capital structure, budgeting, forecasting and reporting while driving profitability and value. Strong leadership of the finance team and collaboration with the CEO and Board are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA and/or professional accounting designation (CA(SA), CPA) is essential.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, preferably within Banking & Finance or related regulated environments.
• Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, driving growth, and managing complex financial operations.
• Knowledge of South African financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule from Sandton, Gauteng office.
