The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in finance leadership, a strong grasp of IFRS/GAAP, and a proven track record in corporate finance and risk management within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or CA/CPA is essential.
• 15+ years of progressive finance/ accounting experience, in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial markets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with hybrid work models and managing distributed teams.

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing firm, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. This critical role, based in Vereeniging , will operate on a hybrid model, allowing for significant flexibility while ensuring key in-person collaboration. The CFO will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven track record in financial strategy development, capital management, and risk mitigation.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and IFRS/GAAP.
