Job summary

Network Recruitment is assisting an industrial client based in Johannesburg East to find a CA(SA) with extensive CFO experience. The role is strategic, partnering with the MD and EXCO to translate financial decisions into operational performance. Shares options are part of the executive package, offering participation in value creation.

You will shape growth, drive FP&A, budgeting, and reporting while leading risk and internal controls within an industrial context.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) is essential.
• 7+ years post-articles experience required.
• Proven senior leadership experience expected.
• Industrial industry experience preferred; operational/product environments considered.
• Strong strategic and commercial partnering capabilities.
• Expertise in full financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced FP&A and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with stock control, compliance and financial controls.
• Advanced MS Excel, including dashboards and financial modelling.
• AI tools and automation experience advantageous.
