You will shape the digital future from strategy to execution, lead a cross-functional team, and partner with executives to foster a digital-first culture while ensuring on-site collaboration with operational teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital transformation leadership roles, preferably in mining.
• Proven success in developing and implementing large-scale digital strategies.
• Deep understanding of AI, IoT, Cloud, and Big Data.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with budget adherence.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new digital technologies and solutions.
• Oversee digital projects from conception through to completion, managing timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to foster a digital-first mindset.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists and project managers.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes.
• Establish KPIs to measure success of digital transformation efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in digital transformation.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
