Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting, with a significant focus on digital strategy and transformation projects.
• Proven experience in guiding organizations through digital change, including digital strategy development, cloud migration, customer experience enhancement, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Advise clients on adopting new technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and IoT.
• Lead project teams in the execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build digital literacy within client organizations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress and recommendations effectively.
• Contribute to the development of our client's digital consulting offerings and thought leadership.
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
