Placements24 is seeking a visionary Digital Transformation Lead to drive technology initiatives across the organization from a fully remote setting. You will develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, leveraging IoT, AI, Big Data, and automation to boost efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mining operations.

You will collaborate with mine site personnel and executives, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and define KPIs to measure transformation progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in technology leadership with digital transformation experience.
• Deep understanding of mining industry challenges.
• Extensive knowledge of IoT, AI, ML, Big Data, Cloud, and Automation.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and drive change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap.
• Evaluate and champion new digital technologies for mining.
• Lead cross-functional teams in design, development, and deployment.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and foster a data-driven culture.
